fáilte go hÉirinn ☘️ Welcome to Ireland

The Hercules Mulligan Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR), brings together women who cherish their Irish and American heritage and honor the legacy of those who contributed to the American War of Independence (1775-1783).

Ireland and America share a deep and interwoven history of revolution—both nations fought against oppression in pursuit of self-governance, liberty, and national identity. Many Irishmen played key roles in the American Revolution, just as the spirit of independence continued to shape Ireland’s own struggle for freedom.

With deep ties to history, education, and patriotism, our chapter celebrates the enduring connection between Ireland and the United States. From historic research and educational initiatives to community-building and cultural exchanges, we embrace DAR’s mission while fostering a unique Irish-American friendship that honors the past and inspires future generations.
